• Rental prices for bounce houses vary based on factors such as size, duration, and location. On average, expect to pay between $100 to $500 for a standard rental.

2. How Many Balls Are Typically in a Ball Pit?

• The number of balls in a ball pit varies depending on its size and depth. A standard ball pit may contain anywhere from a few hundred to several thousand balls.

3. What happens if it rains?

• Unfortunately, We can not control the weather. You will have the option to cancel your booking for a full refund or transfer your booking to another day up until 2 hours before your appointment start time (prior to us arriving). If you decide to have a set up and it begins to rain, you will be charged the full amount of the rental.

4. What Are the Safety Guidelines for Bounce Houses and Ball Pits?

• Safety is paramount when it comes to bounce houses and ball pits. Ensure proper setup on a flat surface, limit the number of children inside at one time, enforce rules against rough play, and always have adult supervision.

5. Can Bounce Houses and Ball Pits Be Used Indoors?

• Yes, many bounce houses and ball pits are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. However, indoor use may require adequate space and proper ventilation for safety and comfort.

6. Is there a delivery fee?

• Set up and delivery is included in our prices if you are within our 20 mile radius from the zip code 91977. Anything outside our delivery radius is charged per mile and time.

7. Is there a cleaning fee?

• Included in the rental price is a standard cleaning service to ensure the hygiene and upkeep of our bounce house. However, in the event that the bounce house is returned in a condition that necessitates additional cleaning due to non-compliance with our safety and usage guidelines, a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be applied. Please note that this fee is subject to increase depending on the extent of cleaning required.

8. How long are the rentals for?

• Each rental is 4 hours long with the option to add extra time for an up charge.
